Space suggested by CTAV – Architects of Valencia. After the construction of the German School, on the old Camino Nuevo de Alboraya, buildings were erected for “very diverse professionals, eager to live on the edge of the city and in front of the green Valencian orchard that lend the dwellings a certain air of a country house”.

One of them was the Cadahia, a meticulous project with reinforced concrete, unequivocally modern, adopting a very new language in the city, where the references to Dutch neoplasticism and also to Italian rationalism, North American functionalism and English brutalism are evident.
