Palau de la Música

One of the most emblematic enclaves of the city, it has guarded the old Turia riverbed in the form of an auditorium since its opening in 1987. Over the decades it has managed to become a benchmark for Valencian music, architecture and design.

The architect José María García de Paredes was in charge of designing this auditorium, inaugurated in 1987 with the intention of hosting all kinds of congresses, concerts, musical performances, exhibitions, projections and other cultural events. In 2003 work was done on a new extension led by the architect Eduardo de Miguel.

“In addition, since 2015 the management of Palau de la Música has been making a firm commitment with Valencian design in each and every one of their campaigns (Jazz, Pop, Rock, Menut Palau Festival, among others).
