Honoo is a Japanese brasserie located a few steps from Avinguda de Aragón whose design and interior design revolves around embers as the main and channeling element.
This Japanese restaurant is the result of the team leading Tastem. “Kamado wood oven, grill, an authentic Japanese tavern atmosphere and dishes that you have never tried before await you at Honoo,” they comment from the establishment itself.
Regarding its interior design and design, the embers continue to be its main common thread, in addition to finding them in the gastronomic offer. Elements such as wood, black iron or the enhancement of chromatic tones allude at all times to those embers that are the protagonists in Honoo.
“The idea stems from the concept of the Tangram game that starts from the ceiling and wraps the space like wooden slats,” they add.
