In March 2020, Óscar Pecero, a Mexican who toured Spain from his native country, and Ana Llopis, a Valencian raised in her family’s restaurant, embarked on the adventure of recreating in Pla del Real the concept they had imagined for years: a restaurant with a feeling of home, full of subtle nods to Mexico, away from the theme to prioritize hospitality.
Ivalo Arquitectos and the interior design VM Taller de Proyectos have been chosen to capture a warmth that is related to the very concept of the Mexican expression of ‘apapacho’: embrace or caress the soul.
