A new fusion gastronomy experience that combines the best of the Mediterranean with Korean influences, in a place where good taste and small details are taken care of to the fullest.
The gastronomic revival of the Mestalla area may add a new name to the generous list of restaurants that line its streets: Éter Valencia. Its menu is postulated as an exciting journey between the culture of here and the traditions of there, where Mediterranean cuisine is mixed with touches of Korean cuisine, creating a universe of 100% captivating flavors and textures.
“The fusion work has been based on the endowment of Korean traits, more or less accentuated, to traditional elaborations of our gastronomy; and vice versa; Korean recipes that have either remained rigorously unchanged, and others where some more recognized or current recognition has been added”, they say from Éter Valencia.
As for the interior design work, all the elements and spaces have been designed to transport the diner to an elegant, comfortable, calm, sophisticated environment in which even the smallest detail has been taken care of so that the visit to the restaurant is unique. “This is a key point in the Éter experience that arrives to perfectly complete the gastronomic experience and is what allows us to transmit the personality of our concept”, they add.
Some of its most notable elements? The bar and the tables made with marble, added to the combination of shades of blue and gold that convey calm, tranquility and at the same time a lot of history.
