The Observatory was born to become much more than a restaurant, an operations center with itinerant chefs, creative activities and lots of design.
The universe of the Mendoza family has its own Valencian Milky Way on Calle Jeronimo Muñoz, the first star in the constellation was El Astronomo, after this came El Observatorio and, finally, the Almacén de Patraix.
What was an old drugstore has now been converted into an observatory that looks towards what it once was, keeping elements of the original business in the premises, such as the signs on the façade. Inside you can find a Lebrel shelf, the sketch with the first design of the premises engraved on a column and, of course, delicacies such as Lima cause, ceviche, tiraditos or eel salad.
