Just 200 meters from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento is located this Mediterranean-style winery whose brand design has been carried out by the Vibra Design studio.
Eating well in the heart of the urban center of València is more than possible and if with proposals such as Alenar, even better. This winery that breathes the Mediterranean even before entering its doors is a breath of fresh air from its interior design loaded with details that taste of the sea and a natural, ingenious, fun, lively menu full of nods to the region of La Marina Alta.
In it, we find proposals such as potatoes with anchovies or Cantabrian anchovies as an appetizer, Alenar Valencian coca salad, foie gras with mistela de Turís and smoked eel, smoked cod with tomato and black olives, mini figatell burger or sobrassada cakes with honey, onion and pine nuts.
And as for the design? It is its own creators who respond: «The purpose of the design was to convey the Mediterranean spirit of its products and its closeness in dealings, hence its claim CASA NOSTRA ÉS CASA VOSTRA. With a custom-designed logo, working on each letter so that as a whole we are inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, and as a symbol, a seal, a badge that serves to communicate its three lines of business: winery (where to eat and enjoy), gourmet selection (website where you can buy premium products) and delivery service (we also take it to your home) », they say from the Vibra Design studio itself.
