Habitual’s kitchen opens its doors, raising a curtain and revealing the most intimate and personal face of the restaurant that Ricard Camarena opened in the Colón Market in Valencia in 2015. A large rectangular room that is presented as if it were an inverted amphitheater, where the action is on the perimeter and the spectators are in the center.

 

Its extension, in charge of the Valencian studio Made Studio, conceives a space for the user to get involved in the culinary process thanks to an impressive open kitchen designed under parameters of function and process optimization, designed for the distance between the stove and the table is reduced to the minimum possible. Honest and operative furniture, designed so that customer service is as immediate and direct as possible.
