The Hundred hamburger restaurant continues its expansion with a point in the heart of the city. A local of 400 square meters and a large terrace located on Calle San Vicente where the fabric shop of a historic Valencian department store was once located.
Given the historical value of the space, Alex G. Urbón and Ezequiel Maldjian, founders of Hundred, wanted to restore the shine to the original elements of the space, value the story of this centenary place and pay homage to its history.
All flooring and furniture has been maintained. The old racks and counters that were part of the cloth trade have been brought into view. The Hundred roll, with its university character, has been incorporated with a bookstore whose copies have been acquired in the emblematic Valencian bookstore La Guarida de las Maravillas.
