Taqueria La Llorona brings you closer to true urban Mexican food. In order to recreate the atmosphere that his chef, Jose Gloria, had in mind after landing in Valencia, the approach was to visit the Mex stylistic contemporaneity to bring it to his own version.
The Ideo studio was inspired by the architecture of Luis Barragán and Ricardo Legorreta, taking the shapes and colors of a renewed and modern Mexican folklore that flees from stereotypes.
