This new, more natural and traditional environment has evoked the cook to prepare a gastronomic proposal centered on the Valencian product. The orchard, the sea and dryland produce are the stars of the menu. Her new house represents a nod to her childhood, to her best memories in her town in the mountains, especially the main hall of the restaurant from which a natural forest of manzanilla hangs.
