Since 2017, Bombas Gens has hosted chef Ricard Camarena’s flagship. An old factory converted into an art center that presents itself as an exceptional location where art, history and quality gastronomy are mixed.
The house of this restaurant is spacious, with a kitchen open to the living room and a patio with a small orchard-garden. A project by the designer Francesc Rifé with an art deco aesthetic in which the objective is to take advantage of all the spaces in the premises. The diner begins his gastronomic experience -or journey- at the bar, to then go through the kitchen before sitting down at the table. A perfect combination between a powerful space and the haute cuisine of the Valencian chef.
