A restaurant that, from the heart of Russafa, transports diners to the Japanese country. With a menu in which, in addition to sushi predominating, fusion with Nikkei food also plays a leading role.
The interior design is a journey through the liveliest streets of any Asian country, with characteristic Japanese signage, a mixture of colors and lights. A nod to Japanese street elements combined with the minimalist and warm style of Japanese architecture.
The project, carried out by Cul de Sac, ensures that when you enter The Sushi Room you are teleported to a Japanese street stall with the bar as the protagonist and wood as the main material, a fact that confers that sensation of warmth that invites enjoyment.
