Living in Valencia since 2013, for four years Daphne and Wouter ran a small hotel in the Cánovas area, but their dream was to start from scratch and create their own accommodation where everything fit together. After an extensive search they found the perfect site in 2017, an abandoned farm in Russafa. Walking into the old laundromat and passing through the dwellings was like stepping back in time.
In the summer of 2021 they have been able to open their dream. A hotel made a reality with local professionals: Estudio Savage did the branding; the architect is Irene Soriano from ESEIESA; and Juanjo Pico and Jorge Soriano took care of the interior design. In a space that from its old use becomes a succession of rooms with a feeling of home.
