Valencian coca is recovered in Zalamero to reinterpret it and dress it up to date Isabel Roger Sánchez and Daniel González, from the DG architecture studio, have designed the interior of this gastronomic corner of Russafa.

A space in which the tiles in light colors and a large wooden wardrobe stand out. This element serves to delimit the living room and kitchen area from the storage and bathroom area.

A very studied and detailed interior design that has resulted in it being selected by the College of Architects as one of the best architecture projects completed in the last three years in Valencia (2017-18-19).

Both the gastronomic part and the design part make Zalamero a place that looks at tradition from today for the visual and palate enjoyment of everyone who comes.
