German Carrizo and Carito Lourenço, an inexhaustible source of daring, created this unique and exclusive proposal for twelve guests.

In its beginning, the twelve diners sat at the same table. Now, motivated by the current regulations, they have carried out the redesign of the space by the designer Silvia Bellot, Mediterranean Nomad studio, maintaining the same essence and philosophy based on the reinterpretation of the Mediterranean product.

One of the novelties are the black wooden tables and chairs designed by Jaime Hayón (National Design Award Laureate 2021). The black of the ember and the fire are two of the keys of Fierro’s DNA that they have wanted to preserve and enhance. This synergy between design and gastronomy is key in an interior design in which the kitchen is an active part of the experience.
