Eating well and healthy is more than possible in this healthy food establishment where the atmosphere and decoration accompany the search for comprehensive well-being, both physical and mental.

Marc de Luis is the architect of this project located a few steps from the Valencian Museum of Illustration and Modernity (MuVIM). His main goal? That all customers who pass through here feel good eating well. An endless number of healthy proposals are prepared daily in this place whose decoration is inspired by the Mexican island of Holbox and in all its colors.

«The true leitmotiv of HOLBOX is to achieve, through healthy food, a greater comprehensive well-being, both physical and mental. The environment helps in this aspect, respecting the space of the diners and offering the necessary comfort to create this experience for the client. The space goes hand in hand with the food to make everyone who passes through the premises happier”, indicate those responsible for the project.

The result? A reinterpretation of the Mexican island by the hand of Quique Llorens Simó, where island colors inspired by the work of Mexican architect Luis Barragán and light are the order of the day. The icing on the cake is found on the way down to the basement, with deep blue bathrooms that look like the very waters of the Caribbean Sea.
