This experience takes place in an avant-garde space designed by the El Departamento studio. Interior design inspired by the 80’s film ‘The Last Great Hero’ of which Laso declares himself an unconditional fan. The protagonist of the feature film enters a movie screen thanks to an entrance that turns out to have magical powers and lives an exciting adventure. Hence the screen format that simulates the bar of it. Thus, Momiji’s diners are also introduced to this screen to live a gastronomic adventure.

Also noteworthy is the light with the phrase ‘Vandal Attitude’ in reference to the Vandal de Mallorca restaurant, which Diego is co-owner with chef Bernabé Caravott.
