Designed by the Masquespacio studio, the restaurant integrates part of the city’s narratives, recreating Valencian history and gastronomy.

With its eyes on the Central Market, in its concrete, steel and large stained glass windows, and with nods to Art Nouveau, materials that are reminiscent of nature such as wood and terracotta tiles are also used. The color palette is also a reference to the earth, along with a touch of red that symbolizes the color of the tomato as one of the main ingredients used to prepare a pizza.
