This restaurant in the foyer of Veles e Vents, Chipperfield’s ‘Valencian’ building, is the synthesis of maritime flavours.

The long culinary tradition of the De Andrés family – one of the most emblematic sagas in Mediterranean cuisine – is served in a 400 m2 dining room inspired by the traditional landscape of market garden and sea, open to the docks. Connected to the sea itself, this is a privileged setting for taking in the Mediterranean.
