If there are environments that define lives, there are places that define gastronomy, a way of eating and living.

At La Sastrería, homage is paid to the sea and the Mediterranean. A space that also shows respect for its surroundings, the Canyamelar-Cabanyal neighbourhood. They transmit it both with their kitchen and with their interior design.

A place that in the 50s was a fabric store where tailored suits were made. Now, among maritime streets, ingredients are tacked together instead of fabrics. Sergio Giraldo is in charge of preparing these gastronomic suits, chef and one of the alma mater of La Sastrería. He pays tribute to the sea and respect for the environment through the dishes that are prepared in his kitchen.

A tribute that was the leitmotif of the interior design project created by the Valencian studio Másquespacio. The care for the image, the interior design and the graphic axis has been part of the coordinates of La Sastrería since the beginning of the project. Thus, two spaces were created in the same place: the bar inspired by the facades of Canyamelar and the way of life in this neighborhood, and the restaurant where the sea takes center stage with the recreation of a giant wave representing the Mediterranean.
